I've placed an order for a Quadzilla full kit, how long until my order ships?

Your order will ship as fast as possible, however lead times for materials and availability of certain components can delay delivery of orders from time to time.

I don't live in the USA, can I still purchase your products?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of the USA.

What is your returns policy?

We accept unused, unopened product for return within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund.  See the Shipping, Returns and Exchanges section below for more details.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Be patient.  Sometimes it takes us a little longer to ship orders when volume is high.  We’ll get it on the way to you as fast as possible.  As always, fill out our contact form with any questions or concerns.

Questions about Shipping, Returns or Exchanges?  Before you use the contact form, some of this information may answer your question:

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.  If your organization is located outside the US and you’d like more information on Quadzilla for your club or organization, please fill out the form on the contact page and someone will get back to you.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we only offer free shipping which is either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  We may offer other shipping options in the future.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

If your order is for a full Quadzilla kit, hang tight.  We deliver the full kits in groups initially.   If we are having trouble getting replacement parts and components back in stock, we will contact you via email to keep you informed.

How fast is your normal shipping?

Normal turnaround for shipping is usually 2-3 business days or less.  Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible.

How do returns work?

Contact us via our contact form.  If the return is an item that has been unused and unopened, we will send you a shipping address to return your item and either process your refund or exchange.
